Props » 'Medium' peeps
I gotta send out some props to the people responsible for writing and producing NBC's Medium for keeping it set in Phoenix. ("Keeping" because the real Allison DuBois lives in Phoenix.)
I mean come on! You've got all these shows set in New York and L.A. and maybe Seattle, but for those of us who don't live in one of the population and/or coffee meccas, what do we have? Well, besides COPS.
Anyway, props go out to NBC, Paramount, Grammnet Productions, and Picturemaker Productions and anyone else who had a hand in giving us all a non-reality (just based-on-a-real-person) network television show set in the Valley– complete with mohawk-and-a-wheelchair-esque imitations of Channel 12 and the county attorney's office!
